Sorry for asking but what makes this image rated sensitive?
If an image makes you don't want to open it on work as it could cause you getting the stink eye from others, it's sensitive. If you open an image, and somebody saw it and reported you to HR, it's explicit. If you can set the image as background and nobody bats an eye to that, it's safe. And lastly, questionable rests between safe and sensitive.
Basically, this image is drawn in such way that it emphasizes Xiangling's backside, which can be taken as having sexual undertones. Hence it's sensitive.
