Three Hopes has a free demo out so you can try it and see how you like it but Musou games have a reputation for being pretty easy unless you crank up the difficulty settings.

Well, i played Hyrule warriors: aoc and it certainly wasn't that difficult to beat, the way the game increases difficult is by exponentially increasing the number of enemies one has to defeat while running down a timer, so it becomes more of a time attack game at higher difficulty.
