Less popular in what context? Translators are volunteers and will always translate what they want before anything else. A lot of them expressly avoid translating nsfw things.

I don't know about those others, but Fusu is almost exclusively translated by a single user, who isn't active often. Iirc his works were barely being translated before that user started working on them. Wouldn't be surprised if the others you named were a similar situation. You should really check the Notes history on the bottom left sometime, and actually look at who's working on these things. We don't have very many translators, and most of them stick to certain artists or series.

As for Niku, the answer is the same as it usually is, the people who liked translating his stuff have other things to do or aren't around anymore. It's not that complicated.

It's almost a literal translation, but I think "Pyromaniac Fireman" conveys the intent somewhat. Also, here's a wiki.
