I think that's Kasumi's room. Look, there's her bike. Has a picture of Lorelei (her idol), Satoshi (Ash in the dub), Togepi, and generally a water pokemon theme about the place. She's also the only one that's not tied to a bedpost, giving her a range of movement.

She's definiently up to something.

Looks more like Kasumi had friends over and we are seeing them captured from the criminals point of view
