That'd be Pidgeot. The Pokedex makes them out to be osprey-like, what with the hunting of fish Pokemon, but it also mentions Pidgeotto eating forest Pokemon like Exeggcute, so I'm guessing they'll hunt whatever Pokemon they can carry away.
