Some of the connections are loose, at best... but yeah, that seems about right. I think Byakuren is probably just Suzuki rather than a combination of him and Inaba, though. (I get the feeling Rumia will probably call her 'old lady' or something to that effect.)
Additionally: Sakuya = Kishimoto (Maribel was a bit of a nod to her as well in how she showed up in the room.) Koakuma = Sei (Laura Croft stunt double) Kisume = Ayumu (Kato's little brother) Reisen = Togo (the sniper) Akyuu = Tokugawa (the Buddhist priest) Yukari = One of the vampires? I'm not entirely sure what was up with that part (and probably won't until it gets translated.) Nitori mentions 'the gap youkai' in one of the early strips, though. Maybe something to do with that.
