Yeah, I've seen that. But other than that I don't really see any reason for her to be wearing the thing. Getting younger is her remuneration... so either she likes wearing it, or it's just completely inexplicable.
Ease of movement? She was shown wearing a catsuit in flashbacks, too, and both Bai and Mai, along with other Syndicate agents, were shown to be wearing them as well. For a Contractor always fighting and on the move, a catsuit would make sense for wear.
