It’s nice to finally see a realistic ending for Ike. Lethe would make an amazing spouse for him, both character arc-wise and story wise. Considering Ike is the bridge that peacefully unites beoric with laguz, the sight of him marrying a laguz would show the depth of his affection to judge others by their character. These two must have certainly gotten a lot of guests because of his reputation of ending racism.
Also completes the link in the chain to the origins of Priam’s blood line.
