    You should look up "Do Chokkyuu Kareshi x Kanojo". They're a pair of dumbasses (in an amusing way), but they start going out in chapter 5.

    When simply 父 is used, it refers to the speaker's father. So here, it's Touko's grandfather.
    Also, it's not いい (nice) but 仲のいい (friendly) to modify company, and phrases like 企業の息子 (lit. son of the company) basically mean "son of the company owner".
    In summary, I think 父と仲のいい企業の息子さん means something like "The son of the CEO or something of a company with which Risa's father is familiar".
