Suika has weird swirly things on her horm. Keine's is clean with a ribbon but it actually is hard to tell who it is. We should just leave it as horns or something.
I'm actually leaning towards Keine because the figure looks fairly tall. But yeah, maybe Suika's standing on a stool to look inside so it can still go either way.
Think of it this way, who would an author use more as a foreboding presence outside of Rinnosuke's home when he has half-naked women wearing his clothes?
The shoulders on the figure look like that of a dress rather then bare so it is most likely Keine, also the horn is curved. Plus the fan depictions of Keine x Rinnosuke.
