I suppose you can interpret the leek popping up there as a warning sign of Miku about to interrupt their session and go Nice Boat on Kaito and/or Luka.

Despite that, I don't think a single leek necessarily warrants such a scenario. Then again, I ascribe to a less... psychotic interpretation of the Vocaloids.
