I think I saw some art of Zero with Marisa as Larry 'Solo Wing Pixy' Foulke and Reimu as Cipher. That begot my question: Who would be Patrick James 'PJ' Bennet?

I'd say Alice myself since she's often a butt monkey that acts a third wheel in the Reimu/Marisa relationship in allot of cases.

that really makes no sense to me at all since Cipher is pretty much one of if not the top badass in the AC-verse. He's mentioned as being pretty young, but he's still a complete monster with enemy pilots muttering stuff like "He can't be human" when facing him. He pretty much has to be one of the heavy hitters of Touhou IMO and Pixy has to be almost as hardcore so IMO the Reimu/Marisa dynamic works the best.

Luckily a flight sim offers you something called "the third dimension" dodging is allot easier when you can fly over stuff.
Besides danmaku wouldn't be much worse then missiles. At least the Danmaku isn't chasing you, or even really aimed at you in allot of cases. As a flight sim junkie I'd much rather deal with a random spray of bullets then a guy locked on my six pumping out thousands of rounds aimed directly at me... :p
I must not have been paying total attention to Ace 5's story. I only yesterday realized that the black dog that hangs around the base? That dog belonged to Chopper.
