Only if you don't count "Inaba of the Earth, Inaba of the Moon" as canon. She's a little spacy in CiLR, too.

Inabas are a comedy (well, a bigger one than the games) and ZUN definitely played the second violin in the making, I count is as "50% canon". Never read CiLR though, I haven't even finished the SSiB and UFO yet. School, work, translations etc.

She's essentially a canon noble osaka for arguement's sake. She also might as well be a canon NEET for all the entire touhou fanbase cares.
