I don't really get that part, because, at the very start of that pool, Kyonko got raped by Haruhi. And yet, in the following page, Kyonko says : "...I understand, Asahina-san. Why Haruhi is, more or less, not a bad person".
Either there's something I'm missing here with the pool order, or Kyonko considers that raping someone doesn't make one a bad person.

Either there's something I'm missing here with the pool order, or Kyonko considers that raping someone doesn't make one a bad person.

The problem is that this pool underwent some pretty serious Cerberus Syndrome.

In this part of the doujin, we're talking seriously about the antics of the original-level Haruhi actions. That is, a girl who just thought that everyday life seemed boring and meaningless, so she started dreaming of aliens, not knowing it would actually rewrite the lives of her classmates. You can't blame someone for the daydreams.

The problem occurs when, as you say, things stepped way beyond that level earlier in this doujin, but that all got pseudo-retconned away. Those scenes actually take Haruhi from passively wanting to see something to actually acting out upon her fantasies upon a real person in real life in a way that any reasonable person would know would be harmful... so we're expected to just not think about those parts.

Amusingly enough, however, the sheer fact that a great many people did want to read and daydream, as it were, about Kyon turning into a girl and getting raped by Haruhi kind of does raise that same question right back to anyone who actually read and liked the series, though. If the guilt is on simply thinking about something, doesn't that put you in the same boat?

... And on that topic; Didn't Asahina also participate in the rape once it was going on? Making her guilty as well? Wouldn't she have an ulterior motive in making sure Kyonko was pressured into thinking it was nobody's fault?

So if I get you right, all the parts where Kyonko get raped are to be ignored?
    And what's Cerberus Syndrom?

Cerebus syndrome. It when something that starts out silly becomes more serious over time.
    Look up Cerebus the Aardvark.

why i can't, if it's bothered me? If it starts to harm everyone around, someone should go and slap that person to the face to wake him up

A dream is just that, a dream where no one is truly harmed. Haruhi is different, but she isn't aware that she is different. Yes she has done harm, but it has been under the belief that this was just a dream. Does it excuse her actions? No, it doesn't.

But real life is different. To imply that because someone daydreams/dreams about something you would dislike, they shouldn't have the right to think such thoughts? That is as Orwellian as you can get.

Frankly, it is your reply that sounds a bit terrifying. It bothers me, and it could lead to harm to everyone around. See how easy it is to turn this kind of thought on its user?

...or that is what I am saying if I am not misunderstanding your reply completely. If I am, then I apologize.

    ....Kyon-chan.
All of it became the truth.
    A joke, a mistaken impression...
    How could you blame her?
Anything for a mystery -- This girl, with whom we are trying to ingratiate ourselves, is seriously worrying herself on behalf of the members of the brigade. Is that not an honor?
That's all the present state of affairs is. Perhaps you could call it a reflection of Suzumiya-san in something very unnatural?
This situation, which she had uneasily accepted as a dream, walking through it with her eyes turned away...
She's such a difficult person... Cleanup after a one-person parade...
And that's what her straight man is for, right?
Please don't get too mad at her...
    Suzumiya-san is...
I also... everyone also, has thought to themselves "Oh, I want that to happen! I want this to happen!"
Somewhere unknown to her, it was coming true, but just for that...
...who is there that could blame her?
...having successfully become reality, I believe her creation has begun to joint itself together consistently.
