Well I did say among the least, most of the recurring cast has done some skit performing a violent act. In the end there isn't a strong sense of continuity resulting from the actions of one episode to the other so I didn't get the impression she was too violent. Clearly has some screws loose but she is unusually cute in this pic.

She's stalking him, poisons him, assisted him in his fake suicides a few times, gets him in all the trouble that makes the other girls violent etc.

Just because she isn't actively stabbing him doesn't mean she's harmless. She's a psycho and the master mind behind his torment.

Really, we have to think about this way: Kafuka is a yandere, but Nozomu doesn't know that Kafuka = College Girl, so in his mind College Girl is that cute chick next door that's "oh so kind" to him.
