In a time when there was no concept of shipgirls, suddenly the whole of Japan was exposed to an electromagnetic pulse attack. Half a day later, Yokosuka, where the infrastructure has stopped, is in the midst of an unprecedented urban battle between the invading nation and the Self-Defense Forces.
