It doesn't matter if there are a lot of people favoriting it. It's the mods and janitors who decide whether an image gets approved or not, and if they don't like it, it's not going to get approved.

Go read about:mod_queue and stop complaining about your uploads not being approved.

We have a source request tag, so i'm doubting thats why his stuff doesn't get approved.
