If I read this correctly, then the pink haired girl and the other guy are just someone they met at a family restaurant (come to think of it, doesn’t dennys count as one)
Uhh… it seems that Shimakaze wanted to meet Fubuki who didn’t want to meet Shimakaze and Hibiki is there to comfort Fubuki. The last panel is Fubuki panic/freaking out how she didn’t want to meet (Shimakaze I think) it appears Hibiki has made Fubuki dependent on her.
But not too sure. My Japanese has gotten really rusty

Is this after, or before getting married? It seems weird Fubuki doesn't want to meet Shimakaze.
The pink-haired "girl" is a trap, and the guy with his head out of frame is someone that Fuboy had a crush on in the past but got rejected because at the time that guy wanted a girlfriend, not a boyfriend. So Fuboy is freaking out that the guy wound up dating another boy after all; also apparently he told Fuboy that it's thanks to him he realized he was fine with either boys or girls.
Shimakaze is being completely oblivious and just going "yay, we're married" while Hibiki is comforting Fuboy (with ulterior motive)
