Looks like WinMUGEN a lot... I mean because of that 640x480 HUDs and the 320x240 characters/stage.

Mmmmm... nice memories... I used to program characters for MUGEN a few years ago... ^_^

Comedy. But yeah it's a character in mugen that has NOTHING but moves. I'm so serious when I say that.
