Is one minor detail really a reason to flag for deletion?

Someone forgot that there's such a tag as bad hands.

Not just the hands, but the whole pic seems bad somehow

The mouth, the nose, the face, the neck, the torso, the arms, the bizarrely sexless two-dimensional snatch, the legs that look like they started life attached to someone else's body entirely, and on top of it all there's the MS Paint background.

And yet something like post #597729 is a-okay?
