Given that Hyper Sonic only appeared once, we can only speculate based on all the Super Sonic fights in the series. As it's stated that the Chaos Emeralds and the power they bestow when all 7 are together are god tier level of power, and the Super Emeralds and their Hyper state are stated to be much stronger in comparison, every final boss that Super Sonic fought would most likely be beaten in less than half the time it takes to beat them normally. Like with Dark Gaia, Hyper Sonic could just one shot him through the barrier without needing to take it down and then save Chip from being blasted, and in the Rush games he wouldn't even need Burning Blaze's help at all, could just do it all on his own.
But against Ultra Instinct Goku? This can be anyone's guess on how it could go.
