For those that might be confused (it is a dialogue-heavy comic after all), Kyouko thinks she's dreaming, but Doremy says that she's sharing her dream with someone else (presumably Lily) and that their consciences and bodies have been swapped and will begin to merge.
At least, this is my interpretation.
