Yeah, looking at it, it does seem to be a nude filter rather than an official version of the image. The "removed clothes" part of the image just don't seem to look right in comparison, particularly Midori's navel (which doesn't look like how Happoubi Jin draws them given other images).
You can also see a faint outline of where the breasts were flattened in the child (which is now very much deleted). The original is definitely much better.
