It's ok Harumi, you can tell the store clerk your card number and they can enter it manually for the transaction. Then you'll be able to buy the items you need.

I'm guessing that in the next few comics Harumi finally does manage to find the clothes she wants but they turn out to be far too large for her.

They find minigirl-sized clothes for Harumi-tan in post #631037. And yes, Harumi should have thought of getting a store clerk to enter the card number manually, unless that's not a credit card she's carrying but just an ATM access card. In the latter case, she'd be out of luck.
