Well, it's not like this is some kind of serious plot. I'm pretty sure he's just makes page after page, thinking a few steps ahead. Get to this part and it's just "Who do I want to keep going?" When in doubt, ask the fans.

I don't really like Flan at all, but I really do want to see Meiling progress more than any of the Moriya team.

Seems like fan popularity is helping Flan win this (we all know Flan ranks highly in fan count in Japan, let alone worldwide. The recent Touhou poll doesn't count since it was ruined by newfags drawn to Sanae's boobs.)

I actually feel sorry for team Moriya now. That they had to lose the match this way. :( A helpless, unsalvageable loss.

yeah i thought the same, but the moriya team was far more interesting than Meiling & flandre, Flandre was just a cry baby and meiling was only doing martial art in a wretling match, insane Suwako wasa wesome compared to them

It only lasted 24 hours after the strip was first released, which I'm sure is way before it got on here. Also, the poll isn't the actual vote count.

While amazingly old I am curious now that the rules were translated if the 1.39 multiplier was used or not.
