@Shinjidude I feel kinda awkward saying this, but can you be more careful about what you approve? I feel like every other sourceless/paid reward/decensor/whatever that gets approved has been you lately. This one is from DLsite so it's not a paid reward this time, but... c'mon my dude. It makes more work for the rest of us.

Edit: Also checking into it, the most recent two sourceless approvals by me were 5 and 9 months ago respectively. I wouldn't say that's common or frequent.
