Momiji's sentence was probably or *actually* cut off by Yuuka's stare so she didn't manage to finish it with a "Please"

Mostly, Yuuka might really just be trying to pull out some nice facial expression from Momiji.

Simply put, Yuuka could have refused both of them, but that would have made it less effective on either one of them. No choice but to make a small concession for one so that she could better mortify the other one :3
