I did it once and some asshole asked me who I was to judge, so I'll let someone else bear the burden of deciding that and getting bullied by know-it-all for it. 2) If you're on PC, you have "options" to the left, under the tags and informations. Click on "add notes" to add a note, move it around with the mouse, then fill it, and click "ok". If you're on phone, buy a PC.
