Its safe to say this followed canon rather well, states that Tewi entered Eientei Hard to say if she born before it was formed, her arrival predates Dracula's reign
As far as I remember, Tewi moved into Eientei a few decades after becoming a true Youkai after about 500 to 800 years of healthy lifestyle as a rabbit. Now Yukari is more than 1600 years old, so I don't think Tewi is older than Yukari, but she's still one of the oldest people in Gensokyo. It makes me wonder why we never se her in the "Old Hag" group.

its been stated that Tewi is the oldest living being in the bamboo forset of the lost. she allied with the lunarians for a roof over her head in exchange for helping to keep them secret.
I think that this is one of my most favorite interpretations of Tewi. Not the gag manga like personality Tewi (although those are good as well), but a Tei like this.
If going by the "is at least" Tewi is older, then again having those age margins can still give Yukari the chance of being the older one, after all "at least" does not mean "is" . Also wikis aren't 100% accurate but meh I like the idea.
