Is that a ghost witch to the left of the twin towers or just a trick of the snow ?

I should add that despite the annoying duplicated variations, it is an exceptional piece. In conception, in detail --- the curving flagstones, the fountain, and the torches --- and the two typical early 19th century protagonists. And a fine carriage.
