What the... Meiling gone yandere already? Even her mistress...! And Reimu - dead? That's gonna be one big "OH SHIT" moment for all of Gensokyo (and you guys should know already what I mean).
Cirno will get up. And I think Reimu is just knocked out: I don't see a mark on her. Meiling, however, is one dead dragon. Yukari's going to shred her to pieces.
I almost forgot Alice, and by extension Shinki and her posse would be after Meiling for what is clearly a dead Marisa. When hell itself is ready to tear you to pieces, you know you've set off a death flag.
But that's all assuming Meiling isn't kyuu'd by Flan for scaring and/or hurting Remi.

Oh, you forgot Mima. Also, Sakuya is missing, which means sooner or later she could also give Meiling... some form of "acupuncture". And speaking of Reimu, I think this time Yukari won't need Ran and Chen over this one.

Yukari would never let Ran or Chen do this. She'd want to kill Meiling herself after this. Might even let Mima share.
Obviously, you're all missing the biggest threat- Flandre is missing from the picture. What do you think she is going to do when she sees what happened to her sister?
