Unfortunately, I don't know what any of this means. I think it's the commentary, since it was on the pixiv page.

The two illustrations are roughs, but they have the text which shows what Sanae said to make Suwako cry, and why Kanako got extra-pissy at her (my only guess, because of the ever-helpful Touhou fanon-warping, is that Sanae called Suwako an idiot amongst other things, and Kanako's scolding Sanae for making Suwako cry)

Then again, there's other versions of the same comic underneath with text by different artists, so it's possibly a caption competition.
