No. This artist has been active long before AI became a thing (with this post being dated to May 8th of 2022, whereas AI "art" didn't become a trend until October of that year). What you pointed out are more than likely geniune flaws rather than AI. Not every mistake spotted means it is AI generated.
But if you are still unconvinced, please bring this post up in the AI check thread. It is incredibly easy to accuse art you find flawed or dislike for unrelated reasons as being AI, after all. Please keep that in mind next time you leave a comment like this accusing something of being AI without hard proof or a very good reason to think so.
