I found this on Nico Nico Pedia:

ばい〜んとは、日記カテゴリの「脳」がいつも言う台詞である。

I am not sure how that's related to the image, so I further googled it, and unsurprisingly, some pictures of ボイーン came up, lol. Seeing how that Alice in the bubble has a bigger cup size, I can only wonder if it's a play on ボイーン after all.

The closest way I could possibly translate that without taking the easy way of saying "Boing" would be "Cup size" or just "Breast".

I took the easy way out.
