BTW the "Smarts G" is based on the discovery that in the new scenario Project L'Arc, due to the game mechanic where some of the stats get reduced if you didn't upgrade certain factors(?), so it is possible to get exactly 1 for the wisdom stats (because 1 is the lowest possible value)
