For Aya, that's a fairly neutral article. It DOES point out that Tewi had robbed her, so it's not entirely unjustified.

Tell that to the judge, jury, and executioner exterminator.

    Why is she even angry?
That's some pretty damn good publicity.

The article insinuates that she's too malnourished to even do her job.

Funny thing is, that article is actually a shining example of what journalism should look like. Not exactly what I'd come to expect from Aya.

I question the need for a censor bar when you're going to name the victim in the second sentence of the article.

So why isn't the minor's face censored? Tewi's well over 1300...

Minor in Gensokyo is a height based metric. Reimu is a grown-up. Tewi, Suwako and Suika aren't.

    No Mercy for Donation Thieves!
Hakurei Shrine Maiden Beats Up Youkai Rabbit!
In the early dawn of the Xth of O month, there was yet another incident of offertory theft at the Hakurei Shrine. The perpetrator was confirmed to be habitual thief and swindler Inaba Tewi (youkai rabbit). The culprit took flight when the shrine maiden, Hakurei Reimu, discovered she'd been stealing the donations in the offertory box for some time. The shrine maiden said she attempted pursuit, but passed out from malnutrition. However, tengu arrived soon afterward, and within minutes, they had arrested the youkai rabbit. The image above is about ten seconds after the shrine maiden arrived following this development. "The best thing to do was to beat her harshly enough that she never gets the idea to do this sort of thing again." The actual amount of the donations stolen was minimal, but the reparations were enormous. Crime doesn't pay, but one should moderate reproval as well. (Shameimaru Aya)The first paragraph actually says, "In the early dawn of the afternoon," but I'm guessing 午後 (p.m.) is meant to be 午前 (a.m.).
