There's a limit to what the human body can tolerate when it comes to spiciness and that's well beyond it.

It could be a low heat pepper. Bigger doesn't necessarily mean spicier

With some kinds of chilis it's even the opposite.
In Southeast Asian cuisine for example, you have the Bird's eye chili also known as Cabe Rawit.
They are minuscule, but boy are they lethal when you aren't expecting it. Beware the small ones.
