It's based on the Go! Kara Kuri release, which has both the wings and the chest teeth. It also hasn't been released yet (as of posting this). It's been delayed multiple times, currently releasing in November of 2023.
It's funny how all the animals retained their core designs, but the pterodactyl became a flying sword with chest teeth from wing to wing. The vehicle form, rather than looking like some awkward tank, has become a dinosaur sitting up with dual handcannons drawn.
