The first line is something about always staying a woman, and Ranma's response is something along the lines of asking if the next line of the script is to be embraced or something. The context doesn't make a lot of sense, and I've gotten kind of lost in the pile-up of particles to suss out the exact intent. Sorry, the best I can do is translate the last two lines.
I would think it's completely obvious, but he's threatening to impregnate him and keep him a woman forever. Not sure how any particles are confusing you :p
