Yeah, most charizards are usually a adult male's height, maybe a little higher.

But considering that it's Red's Charizard...

Charizard is like 5'3 or 5'7.

Lucas would be a nice final boss for Black & White, like Red in S/G/C
or maybe Gold, or Brendan, or Red again >_>, with all their pokes at lvl 100, and ev trained >_>, c'mon Nintendo, we can fuck all the trainers in the game with Magikarp give us a little more challenge
