For the artist commentary to work, you want to use
"Add commentary" -> "Fetch"

and it will populate correctly.

The "fetch" button was not working when I uploaded this. This bug also occurred in post #6859620. This userscript by user 岩戸鈴芽 is very useful: forum #246202
This bug occurs occasionally with Pixiv.
