Let's say that the reason that Calli's cowboy outfit is paired with a brown car instead of a horse was due to an AI-crafted audio clip and the subsequent artist...interpretations.
He's referring to the fact that that, during the initial elevenlabs.io boom back in January, someone on /vt/ made a set of AI-generated audio whose main focus is horsefucking. One of these involves Mori (the others involve Kronii and IRyS, but only Mori's became a meme), and the text here is literally what she says at the start of the audio that was made.
