Knife ears are either xenos scum or mutant scom, they'd more then likely try and purge her.

well i can see some inquisitor seeing her desire for purging demons as useful and keep her as one their "domestic Psyker." or something along these lines, i mean... if inquisitors can use certain demons as weapons.. why cant they keep the knife ear midget. now if that will fly with other inquisitors/grey knights.....

If they were IG, Ecclesiarchy or Deathwatch maybe, but not Ultramarines, especially post-Gathering Storm. They know the value of an Eldar that wants to kill Chaos.
