After a fierce encounter, Yoko failed to evacuate in time and was captured by the enemy.
As a warrior, she had long been prepared to sacrifice herself - but now that she was captured alive by the enemy, she was still horrified by the possible torture and execution.
To her surprise, she was not taken to some ghastly prison with a black bag over her head. The enemies just built a simple wooden frame on the spot, then tied her tightly with ropes, tied her to the wooden frame, and left.
Not long after the enemy left, Yoko began to struggle desperately - she didn't know what these people were going to do to her, but she was sure that if she remained tied up and exposed to the high temperature and desert sun, she would soon pass out.

She finally knew the intent of the enemies who tied her here - she was of no use anymore, and being tied here was her execution method: a slow, desperate, painful placement execution.

Well, I haven’t watched Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, although I have heard a little bit about the plot, and it seems quite passionate.
