Does this really count as Heterochromia; isn't her eye being coloured by the moon?

it seems to be glowing from teh center out based on the whiteness of the pupil so i'd leave it as is.

Possibly, but Sakuya's eyes ARE capable of turning red whenever she's throwing knives. This is probably that scenario.

Her eyes are naturally red aren't they? And then somewhere along the line, they changed it to blue for more recent games.
