今回は皆大好き幻の胸元露出寮長のフジキセキを描きました。
助兵衛すぎる原案からデザイン変更されて実装されたウマ娘が何人かいるなか、まさかの無修正実装を果たした彼女。
大陸だったら間違いなく黒いインナー着せられるデザインなのに、サイゲームズさんの判断基準は何なんでしょうね。

総露出面積はキタサンブラック未満だからセーフ的な？

This time, I drew everyone's favorite elusive chest-exposing dorm leader, Fuji kiseki. With several Umamusume undergoing design changes from overly risqué concepts to their implemented versions, she surprisingly made it with no censorship.

Despite a design that would surely have a black inner if it were on the continent, I wonder what criteria Cygames used for the uncensored implementation.

Is it considered "safe" due to the total exposed area being less than Kitasan Black?
