A friend of mine was talking of a friend of his, who wished to make Yukkuri Poring. He asked me about the character I showed him before, from MUGEN, and after a while, I got interested, saved the sprites and whipped up a few gifs. Then I felt like adding a background from Ragnarok Online since these are obviously edited Poring. The MUGEN character even uses the jumping and attacking sounds.
