Why is this in the Pokédex Says pool? I assume whoever put it there was thinking of the Red/Blue description "When several of these Pokémon gather, their electricity could build and cause lightning storms.", but I don't see any storm. In fact, the weather looks lovely.
I've got mixed feelings about the quality of this picture because of the pikachu and pichu here (especially the ears), but the weather is pretty awesomely drawn there.
