And I still don't understand the crisis here. Why don't the girls just fly out and beat BigNose up? They're all Stage 4 and up bosses for crying out loud.

I would assume because they are followers of Byakuren who goes for fairness and equality to both human and youkai.

That or they are scared of Dat Nose.

But Suika is not and she would see this as someone challenging her to a fight. An oni would never decline such an opportunity.

Besides Dat Nose is breaking the spell card rules of always using non-deadly force in a conflict.

I just want Youmu to pull a BDH moment.

瀕死の狸 = "dying badger" or "badger on the verge of death". The English equivalent is "sitting duck": an easy target. It's also the exact description given for the Yamato in episode 2 of the original series, when the Gamilons are firing on the sunken, incompletely renovated ship. This whole section of the pool's an homage to that episode, so no surprise there.

Here is the problem with your logic. If everyone just runs out to attack him what will happen? He'll just run from their assault as his sin sacks attack the now COMPLETELY defenseless flying treasure, blowing it to smithereens. Then what happens? Big nose preforms a tactical retreat and changes to guerilla tactics. His enemies have no home fortress, no where to be safe. He can attack them at any time, any where, with a barrage of low level minions. After a few days of bad sleep, he walks in after a good nights sleep and a nice bubble bath, maybe a manicure, and cleans house.
