i think its even more disturbing when you know whats under her skin and what will be coming up any moment then actually seeing it, though seeing it is still creepy.
If you looked at photos of the real toad, you'd know that at no point the eggs/toads are hidden beneath the skin. They are always on the surface and distinctively visible.
Are you referring to the part about the frog, or the part about which should be the parent/child? If it's the later, then I don't understand what you're trying to imply. If it's about the frog, then I personally don't see a frog in this picture, unless they're just talking about Suwako or her hat.
